Our Policies

1. Payment Policy:

All orders require full payment in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal. Custom orders and samples must be paid for upfront to ensure the allocation of necessary resources.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may incur a fee due to the initiation of the manufacturing process.

3. Sample Policy

To request a sample from Zanjwa International, full payment is required upfront. The cost of the sample is non-refundable and includes materials, production, and shipping. Once payment is received, the sample will be produced within 1 to 2 weeks, with additional time for shipping. Please note that samples cannot be returned or exchanged. If a bulk order is placed afterward, the sample cost (excluding shipping) may be credited toward your order.

4. Return & Exchange Policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the customized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not possible. If you receive a damaged product, please file a claim with supporting evidence. Once your claim is verified, we will apply the appropriate credit or replacement to your next order.
